Some wiki code blocks are hopelessly mangled

Oh dear.

OK, so plan, as discussed on IRC:

1. Fix the import script to handle syntax-highlighted code blocks correctly
2. Add a "--no-push" option to the import script
3. Re-run the import into a local git repo (--no-push --keep-git-repo --skip-wiki-history)
4. Manually bash that local repo into the desired shape (should be a matter of cherry-picking the pages we want)
5. Push

Hmm, I am confused.

On my local environment, newlines are retained without issues. Yet on the production site, they are discarded. Both pull HTML from the original Trac, both should be running the same code - I just checked, the relevant bits of code haven't been changed since January. I suppose we could just re-run and see what happens.
