Affordable and powerful enough RISC-V machines are starting to pop up. Having official RISC-V binary tarballs would make native bootstrapping easier.
Similar to operators with the same name in vector
and other libraries:
(!?) :: (IArray a e, Ix i) => a i e -> i -> Maybe e
The third option could just pick the latest or recommended ghc from tested-with
if present
