- compile PrimPacked with -funfolding-interface-threshold10 to prevent
  an unfolding for strLen escaping.  strLen calls strlen, which gets
  inlined by gcc causing it to run out of registers all over the
  place.

- remove a few -monly-n-regs for good measure.
