Add cpp-protected signals sigINFO & sigWINCH if available.
(An autoconf-wizard might want to look at the bottom of configure.ac, the
similarities between HAVE_SIGPOLL, HAVE_SIGINFO & HAVE_SIGWINCH can surely
be factored out)
