Fix up pass over the concurrent tests:

  - We can now omit some tests for the threaded RTS only, and
    add in some threaded-RTS specific tests ('threaded' is a new
    way in the test system).

  - accept some new output

  - give conc037 and conc038 1 second rather than 5 second delays.
