Replacing existing attachment with the same name doesn't work

To reproduce:

download T9675-max_bytes_used.2.png
notice that it says +RTS in the legend
rename the file to T9675-max_bytes_used.png
add it as an attachment to this ticket, clicking "Replace existing attachment of the same name"
notice that the file T9675-max_bytes_used.png attached to this ticket is still the old version, without the +RTS in the legend

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
