Ensure that ticky, profiler, and GC allocation numbers agree
Currently we have several subsystems independently tracking allocations. It is very likely there are discrepancies between them. Ensuring that they agree would be a great way to test each of them (especially ticky, which is almost certainly bitrotted, see #10739).
