Bad symbol resolution on Darwin when using DYLD_FORCE_FLAT_NAMESPACE=1

The following command:

env DYLD_FORCE_FLAT_NAMESPACE=1 ghc -e 'Data.Hashable.hashWithSalt 0 "foo"'

causes symbol resolution to fail.
