TypeApplications + RankNTypes permits "impredicativity"
I was slightly surprised to discover that the combination of TypeApplications and RankNTypes allows impredicative instantiations, for example:
map @(forall a . a) :: ((forall a. a) -> b) -> [forall a. a] -> [b]
Is this desirable, or should it require ImpredicativeTypes?
