Build profiling libraries on `validate --slow`
It would be good to test the profiling test ways regularly (prof, profasm, profthreaded etc.). These test ways require the profiling libraries to be built first, which validate doesn't do at the moment. We do release profiling libraries, so we'd better make sure they work correctly.
