Rebindable enumFrom etc. syntax
Constructs like [x..] or [x..y] etc. seem to use wired-in enumFrom, enumFromTo, etc. names even when RebindableSyntax is turned on. I think we should allow these to be shadowed by the user the same way they can shadow other syntax desugarings.
