Ignore case when parsing language pragmas
It's annoying to have to remember exactly how a language extension is supposed to be capitalized. It seems highly unlikely that we will ever have two different language extensions that differ only by case. Therefore, I think GHC should ignore case when matching {-# LANGUAGE #-}
pragmas. Thus, we should accept not only UndecidableSuperClasses
but also UndecidableSuperclasses
, etc.
