Generate makefile dependencies suitable for ghc --make!
When using ghc --make
to generate a binary, I'm interested to know what source files was used. I want that information to tell when to regenerate the binary. Yes, I use a gmake
files to build my binaries even for ghc
generated binaries.
gmake
is very convenient and useful as is ghc --make
, but it is difficult to combine these two. For now, I can always call ghc --make
but it takes extra build times. Especially when there are many binaries to build.
I have considered the -M
flag but it seems to be usable for separate compilation only.
