Improve the documentation of seq function
While the current documentation is fine, I think it would be better if it was mentioned explicitly that the first argument would be evaluated to WHNF. For a while, I was confused if it gets reduced to WHNF or NF.
I can volunteer to send the patch if there is no objection to this.
