Add Eq1/Ord1/Read1/Show1 instances to newtypes in Data.Semigroup
I'd like to have Eq1/Ord1/Read1/Show1 instances for newtypes in Data.Semigroup, at least for Min, Max and Option. Is there a specific reason for their absence? If no, I'll be happy to prepare a PR.
