Hadrian test doesn't show testsuite output by default
When running hadrian test the user sees no indication that the build system is actually doing anything beyond the furious whirring of their CPU fan. Once the testsuite finishes Hadrian kindly informs the user that the testsuite passed or failed, but provides no additional feedback on what failed or where the output can be found.
We should just print all testsuite output to stdout, as the make build system does.
