Hadrian CI should run testsuite against bindist

The make build system validation currently uses the bits in the bindisttest directory to build a bindist, extract it, build a "hello world" with it, and then use it to run the testsuite. We should do the same in the case of Hadrian, lest we not notice when Hadrian's bindist logic regresses.
