GHC 8.10.1 bundles an older version of text than 8.8.3

$ /opt/ghc/8.8.3/bin/ghc-pkg list
/opt/ghc/8.8.3/lib/ghc-8.8.3/package.conf.d
    ...
    text-1.2.4.0
    ...

$ ./ghc-8.10.1/bin/ghc-pkg list
/home/rgscott/Software/ghc-8.10.1/lib/ghc-8.10.1/package.conf.d
    ...
    text-1.2.3.2
    ...

I doubt this was intended.
