Data.Monoid.First not removed as promised

Summary

Location: the Haddocks of base.

Looking at https://ghc.gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/doc/libraries/base-4.14.0.0/Data-Monoid.html , it says First should be removed in 8.10. But https://ghc.gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/doc/libraries says this is the snapshot for 8.11. So why is First still there?

I propose to remove Data.Monoid.First completely.

GHC version used (if appropriate): HEAD, I guess?
