Mac os 10.15.4 install impossible 8.10.1

Summary

During the installation process (make install), messages like "Impossible d’ouvrir « ghc-pkg » car le développeur ne peut pas être vérifié." (impossible to open "ghc-pkg because the developer cannot be checked) are produced. Although, in "System preferences", the authorisations are given, installation finishes with "make[1]: *** [install_packages] Killed: 9 make: *** [install] Error 2".

Steps to reproduce

make install

Expected behavior

Just install ghc.
