-haddock shortdesc is misleading

where the most users would want enable it for. Also category could be haddock and not misc.

With this flag GHC will parse Haddock comments and include them in the interface file it produces.

to make :doc work.

(Also the -haddock is not mentioned in GHC-8.10.1 documentation, so it would be great if related patches are backported to ghc-8.10 branch).
