Broken links from users guide to libraries
Pages like http://haskell.org/ghc/docs/6.8.1/html/users_guide/lang-parallel.html have broken links to the libraries, as the libraries now include their version number in the path.
We don't want to put the version numbers in manually maintained links. We should either drop the version numbers from the path, or have the link generated somehow.
