dead URL in documentation of Data.Coerce

https://hackage.haskell.org/package/base-4.8.2.0/docs/Data-Coerce.html contains a link to http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~eir/papers/2014/coercible/coercible.pdf which does not seem to exist.

I am all for citing academic sources! But it's always hard to provide a stable URL. (Author? Publisher? Library?)

The paper seems available at https://cs.brynmawr.edu/~rae/papers/2015/coercible-jfp/coercible-jfp.pdf but for how long? Publisher's page is https://doi.org/10.1017/S0956796816000150 Perhaps http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/summary?doi=10.1.1.696.740 ? https://dblp.org/rec/journals/jfp/BreitnerEJW16 ?

Or, avoid this problem by just listing raw bibliographic data, sending the reader to search engines. The Googles of the world would welcome this.
