Submodule links outdated?

Summary

https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/wikis/repositories refers to submodules locations like https://git.haskell.org/packages/stm.git when the real location seems to be https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/packages/stm. Are the links outdated?
