User's Guide: -Winferred-safe-imports and -Wmissing-safe-haskell-mode do not show up in flag reference

Although -Winferred-safe-imports and -Wmissing-safe-haskell-mode have entries in the User's Guide, they do not show up in the flag reference section for some reason. See here. This is in contrast to other Safe Haskell–related flags, such as -Wtrustworthy-safe, which do appear in the flag reference.
