Darwin master branch jobs failing due to perf metric pushing

@RyanGlScott points out that the Darwin jobs on the master branch have been failing with:

Pushing perf notes...

Error loading key "/Users/builder/.ssh/perf_rsa": invalid format
Running after_script

This has been affecting head.hackage.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
