GHCi :doc command should render haddocks

Currently the GHCi :doc command simply outputs the raw haddock content tied to an object without much regard for making it presentable to the user.

As part of Haddock's roadmap to make documentation more accessible, GHCi should instead render this output in a user friendly way.

To provide fodder for discussion, I have a prototype implementation which produced this sample:

As you can see, there is styling to denote identifiers, module names, examples, code blocks, etc.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
