9.0.1 windows binary distribution doesn't include executables with version suffix

Summary

After unpacking the contents of https://downloads.haskell.org/ghc/9.0.1/ghc-9.0.1-x86_64-unknown-mingw32.tar.xz i've observed that inside the bin subdirectory there is no ghc-9.0.1.exe, haddock-9.0.1.exe, etc

They were handy to use the cabal idiom: cabal build -w ghc-9.0.1 and i have to copy them manually to recover that use case.

Maybe they had been removed for good reasons but i did not find a issue about, sorry if my search foo has failed.

They are still present in the ghc-8.10.4 release: https://downloads.haskell.org/ghc/8.10.4/ghc-8.10.4-x86_64-unknown-mingw32.tar.xz
