ticky_ghc flavour transformer doesn't enable -ticky-dyn-thunk

It seems that -ticky-dyn-thunk produces much more useful ticky profiles, but the flavour transformer doesn't enable it.

Is there a reason why?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
