DynFlags is reboxed in $wwarnAboutOverflowedOverLit

GHC decides it would be a good idea to unbox/rebox DynFlags in GHC.HsToCore.Match.Literal.warnAboutOverflowedLit. I think this leads to a hotspot in the ticky profile.
