GHC.Exts re-exports LiftedRep but not UnliftedRep

GHC.Types defines LiftedRep and UnliftedRep as specialized versions of BoxedRep, but GHC.Exts only re-exports LiftedRep. Although this isn't a huge issue, it does feel inconsistent.
