magicDict has no tests at all

There have been a few issues recently about magicDict (#19667 (closed) and #16646 (closed)) and from looking in the testsuite it seems there are no tests at all for this feature. Given how fragile it is, there should be some tests.

I will assign to @RyanGlScott in the speculative hope he will deliver the pizza rolls.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
