Disabling the colours of HLint

Due to the impossibility to configure the colours emitted by HLint, we cannot adapt its colour scheme for people's terminals. Until NO_COLOR support is implemented, I suggest that they should be disabled manually so as not to mess with people's eyes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
