Adding `Generically' to GHC.Generics

Proposal: Add Generically (or WrappedGeneric) newtype to GHC.Generics

Has anything happened since this thread? I would like to add Generically to GHC.Generics, along with Monoid and Semigroup instances

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
