W/W: Try removing the use of zapUsedOnceInfo

SPJ wondered if WW could perhaps stop zapping the usedOnceInfo.

But in any case, as you'll see above, I'm now questioning the need for zapUsedOnceInfo at all! Could you try the effect of removing it?

Opening this ticket so the idea isn't lost to time.

The assume the biggest benefit would be likely that we no longer do the work of zapping these ids. Perhaps simplification after W/W would also benefit but it's hard to tell.
