Post ghc on Hackage?

I want to make a video about writing a type-checker plugin, and I wanted to start by looking at the documentation for plugins. After some internal debate, I thought it was more useful to talk about writing a plugin for 9.0 than for 8.10. But I discover I can't find rendered documentation for the GHC 9.0 API.

If I look at https://hackage.haskell.org/package/ghc, the most recent ghc library upload is 8.10.2. Should there be more recent uploads? Or is there another place to look for rendered documentation for the GHC API.
