Darwin CI should not be marked broken
Currently the aarch64-darwin and x86-darwin CI jobs are marked as accept broken but they are both currently very broken. In particular the currently known issues are:
There are also these older issues, any probably more.
Once these issues are fixed we should mark them as passing and disable any failing tests on a more granular basis.
