report-a-bug wiki page missing

When I go to https://www.haskell.org/ghc/reportabug I am redirected to https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/wikis/report-a-bug. That seems to be a page for creating a new wiki page called report-a-bug. I don't think that is intended.

Edit: I now think that the wiki page has been deleted for some reason.
