Haddocks for `base-4.14.3.0` are missing on Hackage

See https://hackage.haskell.org/package/base-4.14.3.0.

Is the docs tarball still lying around somewhere, or can the base folder in http://downloads.haskell.org/~ghc/8.10.6/docs/libraries.html.tar.xz simply be tar.gz'd and uploaded?
