feature request: deriving for Data.Bifoldable Data.Bifunctor Data.Bitraversable

now that Bifoldable,Bifunctor, and Bitraversable are in base, whats the best path forward to add ghc deriving support to them? (or are there good reasons that wouldn't make sense?)
