Hadrian: Document `lint:` targets

In trying to run hlint locally on GHC, I needed to figure out the right invocation of Hadrian. I was disappointed not to see this in the Hadrian docs.

Some targeted searching found me a mention on https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/wikis/contributing that lint:base and lint:compiler are good targets to pass to Hadrian. Can these (and any other similar targets) be added to the Hadrian documentation?
