CI on master branch fails in pages:deploy job

The master branch's CI is currently failing due the pages:deploy job. Here is an example. For whatever reason, you can't actually click on the pages:deploy button to get a build log, but hovering the mouse over the button reveals this alt text:

Perhaps this setting needs to be adjusted?
