GHC downloads page for 9.2.1 seems "messed up"

Summary

The Source Distribution section of the ghc downloads page seems to have moved and "taken up all of the space". I've attached two screenshots, as it's much easier than describing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
