Bump `deepseq` to 1.4.7.0

Recently @bgamari forked deepseq and pinned GHC to that fork. I propose using this version instead, and would prefer it was merged before I upload this version to Hackage.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
