Test of some network libraries with GHC 9.0.1 on macOS fail

Summary

After upgrading GHC from 8.10.7 to 9.0.1, tests of network libraries get failed on Monterey. These include warp and quic. Tests on Linux are OK.

Steps to reproduce

Download warp or quic and run cabal test.

Expected behavior

All tests pass.

Environment

  • GHC version used: 9.0.1

Optional:

  • Operating System: macOS (Monterey)
  • System Architecture: Intel
