add documentation for Data.List.permutations
(low priority) I was wondering about Data.List.permutations. In its current form, it neither has API doc, nor source code comments.
I found that it has a very interesting backstory https://www.imn.htwk-leipzig.de/~waldmann/etc/data-list-permutations/
Could we add
- something about "maximally lazy" to the haddock text
- some historic (mailing list or GHC issue) reference, as a comment in the source
You could assign to me, and I'll make a proposal when I get to it.
I'm not sure - does this need to go through CLC? It's just adding comments.
