Better docs for MulArrowT

Location of documentation issue: Haddocs of template-haskell

The description for the MulArrowT constructor is just "FUN", which doesn't tell me anything.

Proposed improvements or changes

Change the description to something like "%n ->, Linear functions, see -XLinearTypes"
