Assess the impact of Cabal-syntax refactoring

Mikolaij has informed me that the Cabal file parsers are being moved to a new Cabal-syntax package. We will need to adapt to this change.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
