Binaries for newer Macs not listed for 9.2.1

https://www.haskell.org/ghc/download_ghc_9_2_1.html does not include binaries for AArch64, even though those binaries are at https://downloads.haskell.org/ghc/9.2.1/.

The same problem exists for 9.0.2, and maybe other releases.

Interestingly, https://www.haskell.org/ghc/download_ghc_8_10_7.html does include AArch64 binaries, though there is no link near the top of the page for them.

Lastly, I think it would be helpful if we say M1 somewhere near here. I happen to know that new Macs are AArch64, but others may be more familiar with the M1 terminology.
