Install problem of GHC 9.2.2 on macOS 12.2.1

Summary

After untar "ghc-9.2.2-x86_64-apple-darwin.tar.bz2" and "configure", "sudo make install" fails because "ghc-pkg" does not have a good signature.

"xattr -cr ." in the "ghc-9.2.2" does not work.

Steps to reproduce

Type "sudo make install" after "configure".

Expected behavior

"make install" succeeds.
